Fitting, measurements, and advice on our hardware

The retailer manages parcels, replacements, and returns, while we answer questions about how the fittings join, measure, and sit.

Physical faults with the metal, missing parcels, or returns belong with the retailer. The retail partner manages all orders, payments, dispatches, and refunds. If a fitting arrives damaged or missing from a parcel, contacting the retailer gives you a faster resolution through their exchange system. Our office at 6800 College Boulevard, Suite 340, Overland Park, KS 66211 cannot accept returned boxes. A parcel mailed to that address goes to the wrong building and comes right back.

Bathroom fittings bring questions about how threads meet and how extensions align. We can confirm the dimensions of a shower arm, the reach of an elbow, the thickness of a flange, or the position of an o-ring. If a female thread on a slide bar does not join the pipe coming out of the bathroom wall or tile, tell us the thread size marked on the fitting and the measurement of the pipe it meets. A swivel, ball joint, or connector might need a specific adapter to seat straight.

Outdoor hardware brings different questions about placement and trimming. Strips of 304 stainless steel or ABS plastic for a window sill, roof, gutter, railing, or fence can be modified to suit the space. Tell us the length of the ledge, balcony, or sign where pigeon, sparrow, or crow roosting happens, and we can explain how the base bends or how the metal trims down. We can explain where screws secure a bracket on a wall or patio to keep birds from finding room to roost or nest.

Letters sent to our email address only need three details: the size printed on the part, what the fitting is trying to meet, and what happened during assembly. Photographs of the connection on the wall or ledge help us identify whether a different adapter, washer, or riser solves the fit. When you write to us, your email address is used solely to answer your note. It is never sold, shared, or added to anything else.
