Buying takes place entirely through our retail partner. The retailer lists the current inventory, accepts payment, and ships the parcel to your doorway.
Will a shower arm fit my existing wall elbow?
Standard half-inch threading is used on our shower arm and extension fittings. A plumber or homeowner can screw the connector directly into a matching wall elbow using seal tape around the male threads.
How do I return a hose or bracket that I do not need?
Returns are handled by the retailer where the purchase was completed. That partner sets the return procedure and processes refunds, so you will need to arrange the return through their platform.
Can bird spikes be mounted to an outdoor railing or fence?
Base strips made of 304 stainless steel or UV-treated plastic can be secured to a fence, railing, or roof ledge with a screw through the pre-punched holes to keep a pigeon or sparrow from roosting.
Where can I check the delivery status of my parcel?
Delivery updates come from our retail partner after the parcel is packed and dispatched. Our Kansas office does not store boxes or manage carrier tracking, so the retailer will provide the shipment status directly.
What should I do if a thread fitting does not turn smoothly?
Check that the threads are clean and aligned straight against the female connector. Wrapping seal tape smoothly along the male thread before tightening the nut helps the joint sit tight without cross-threading.
