Returning hardware through our retail partner

Every return travels through the shop that took the payment, while sizing corrections on this site come straight to our postal address or email.

Returns go through our retail partner on their terms, and a box sent to 6800 College Boulevard, Suite 340, Overland Park, KS 66211 cannot be processed. That address is a desk office without a counter or stock room. Any parcel delivered there goes to the wrong building and gets turned away by the building staff. To send a part back, follow the steps provided by the retailer where the purchase took place.

Most returns happen because a part did not fit the pipe or the ledge where it was meant to go. A tape measure against the existing thread or bracket before opening the bag will show whether the size matches. For a bathroom fitting like an arm, extension, riser, elbow, or hose, checking the diameter of the existing connector and the seal tape saves taking the shower apart.

Outdoor hardware for a sill, roof, gutter, balcony, fence, or railing brings a similar check. Measuring the flat surface of the ledge before placing metal strips keeps birds like a pigeon, sparrow, or crow from finding space to roost or nest. If the strip or bracket does not match the dimensions of the wall, keeping the pieces clean in the original packaging helps when sending them back to the retailer.

Letters and emails about inaccurate measurements on this site are welcome. When a listed thread size, length, or flange diameter does not match the brass or 304 stainless steel piece in the parcel, write to our email or postal address. Telling us about a wrong number allows us to update the listing on this site so the next person gets the exact measurement they need.
