We build this 5.1 inch reflector with polygonal double-sided mirrored blades and an extra top blade to catch sunlight from multiple angles. The internal bearings allow the fan head to spin freely in light outdoor breezes, creating moving reflections that disrupt birds before they settle, roost, or nest.
